Items for sale at wisp.net.au are limited in stock. In the event an advertised item is out of stock at the time of purchase we reserve the right to cancel the sale and the full refund (including bank charges) will be issued. No rain check will be issued or honoured. In the event of paying for the product which is not confirmed (by our system by order id and email) we will refund the money back to the account it came from.

Please note that pricing and stock availability are subject to change without notice.

The returns due to wrong choice will be charged a 20% restocking fee (excl. shipping costs) upon accepting the return (there can't be any sort of damage, dints, scratches, etc on the returning item).

All overseas orders must be paid via EFT or Paypal. Overseas shipping charges will be added once the destination is known. Note: System is not calculating the overseas shipping costs autmatically therefor the delivery charges will be sent to you once the order is made. We are using Australia Post Air Mail to ship ovearseas.

Warranty and RMA
All items are covered with 12 month warranty unless stated otherwise.

In case of the device failure please downoad RMA form. It can be faxed or emailed to us. Once the RMA number is issued,
please make sure it is on the outside of the box. Packages have to securely packed as we are not responsible for any damage during transportation. The cost of returning the goods to us is the client responisbility. We are responsible for delivering them back.
